We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location very close to the airport, and the staff. The room was clean, and the hotel had great facilities with a lovely gym and pool. The location very near the airport was perfect for us, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a wide range of dishes.

Worst aspects? Was all great.

Bacchus, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. There´s a port a few steps away from the place...

The building was lovely, the staff was excellent, and the location wasn't too far from Jacksons International Airport.

The description says botanical gardens,we walked the entire property and didn't really find what we would call botanical gardens,rather nice landscaping. Unfortunately only good for a short stay as you would feel locked in a lovely compound otherwise.

The staff provides excellent service and the clean bathrooms are luxurious. With multiple restaurants, cafes, a pool, gym, and business center, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Some guests comment that the lighting in the restaurant could be improved to create a more relaxed atmosphere.

The room decor is a bit outdated. However, the room advantages such as the in-room breakfast and private facilities are exclusive and make up for it.

Pillows and bed were of top quality and the presentation in the Bacchus rooms were 5 star. Home comforts away from home. Restaurant views and set up amazing.

The beds have wooden legs that have a piece on each corner leg that sticks out four inches or so from the main frame of the bed and I hit my shin on it more than once. The television controls are confusing. There are two, and if you use the wrong one for changing channels or volume you are hopelessly (for a non-technophile) lost and must call for technical assistance from staff (which was, thankfully, quickly forthcoming).
